DESCRIPTION:Calling all Chester residents\, join us for a brand new virtual open event being held this month\, Get Up & Move! Sign up to join us at the button below and you will receive a follow up email with a link to the zoom event. \nWhat:\nGet Up & Move is a virtual event encouraging the entire family to simply get up and move. We will host presenters that will display an interactive show inviting the whole family to explore the arts of African Dance\, Yoga\, Meditation\, Karate and Simple Fitness Routines. Our goal is to encourage everyone to get up and move in a time when we are shut off from one another and physical activity is limited.
