DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Fall Carnival in Chester\, spend the afternoon taking part in lots of fun and entertainment\, celebrating the fall season. This free event includes face painting\, pumpkin painting\, carnival games\, inflatables\, Henderson’s dance team\, several live bands\, clowns and balloons\, a book give-away\, community partners and as free food and beverages. The entire event is run by volunteers.
