                       \n*Bus leaves at 2:00 – No Exceptions\n\n\nCHECK-IN PROCEDURES:\n1) Follow Check-In Line: attendance\, wristbands\, bag tags\, meds to nurse.\n\n2) Drop off bags to UHaul.\n\n3)  Campers board buses by last name\, Attendance taken on each bus.\n\n\n\nREMEMBER: \n*2 Bags per person Max = 1 clothes / 1 bedding if needed\n\n*Label all belongings.\n\n*All Prescription Meds (epipens\, inhalers\, other): \n1) Need Doctor’s Note. \n2) In their original packaging. \n3) Put in a labeled Ziplock bag for nurse at Bus Check-In.\n\n\n\nPICK-UP:\nThursday\, August 9 @ 3:00PM
\n\n\nPICK-UP PROCEDURES:\n1) Campers return on same bus by last name. Attendance taken.\n\n\n2) Collect campers from the line. \n\n3) Collect all bags. Check bags before leaving\, for missing items. \n\n*Any unclaimed items are kept for 1 week\, then donated.
